Thompson & Knight Attorney Selected for Annual List of the Nation's "Top 100 Attorneys"

Simmons has been named to Worth magazine’s 2nd annual list of “Top 100 Attorneys” for estates, wealth planning, and philanthropy for high net-worth families for the second consecutive year. He is one of only four attorneys in Texas selected for this honor.

Mr. Simmons is a Partner in the Tax department of Thompson & Knight where he has a national practice in charitable gift planning, exempt organizations law, and estate planning. He speaks frequently on charitable gift and estate planning matters, having given over 250 presentations to various professional and civic organizations throughout North America over his 28 years in practice. Simmons is resident in the Dallas office.
