MTD has over 30 trainers and consultants nationwide and lists companies such as Friends Provident, Waitrose, Lloyds TSB and 118 118 Directory Enquiries as clients.
Sean hopes the move will lead to further growth in business and hopes to start working with more local firms.
He said: “I am proud to be setting up our new head office in the city of my birth.
“The location is ideal and it really supports our expansion plans with planes, trains and road networks right on our doorstep.
“Being based in Coventry will now also give us the opportunity to offer our services to the small and medium-sized businesses in the city.
“This is something I am very passionate about.”
MTD Training has a variety of trainers and consultants on its books and each brings their own expertise to the business.
The company offers tailor-made and public Management Training Courses which aim to be fun, interactive but still applicable to the real world of business.
Karen Aston, the manager of Business Innovation Centre, said: “Sean has established a very successful business and we are extremely pleased that he has chosen the Innovation Centre as its base.
“The best testament to MTD Training is the class of names that are on the firm’s client list.
“A company that is employed by the likes of Waitrose and Lloyds TSB – businesses that take management and sales training extremely seriously – must be doing a great deal right.
“We wish them every success and hope the city and Innovation Centre leads to further growth for the company.”
