The annual event brings together Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliates from around the world to discuss topics facing the real estate industry and new strategies to market homes and properties to local, regional and worldwide clientele.

The Fall Leadership Forum was held October 30 - November 2, 2006, at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, Calif. With Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliates from 12 countries attending, the event also provided important client referral and networking opportunities to help Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty to market their clients’ properties directly to luxury real estate brokers located around the world.

By attending the event, Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty heard from some of the world’s leading experts in luxury living, including Lincoln Jackson, who serves as vice president for Group Publisher, which publishes Robb Report Vacation Homes, Robb Report Luxury Homes, and Robb Report Sport & Luxury Automobiles. Mr. Jackson spoke to the importance of understanding today’s affluent consumer, and the strong reputation earned by Sotheby’s International Realty® brokers to serve these clients’ needs.

Another keynote speaker was Allan Dalton, president of Realtor.com, which is one of the most visited sites on the internet. Mr. Dalton addressed the Leadership Forum to stress the importance of seizing on-line technology in marketing properties and attracting prospective buyers.
