WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES PROJECT COMPLETED FOR THE WOODS AT OAK GROVE BUSINESS PARK

(November 2006) Waukegan, Illinois – Ware Malcomb, a leading national architectural, interior design and graphic design firm with an office in Oak Brook, Illinois, is proud to announce that The Woods at Oak Grove project is complete. Panattoni Development Company of Rosemont, Illinois, developed this project located at 3210 N. Oak Grove Avenue in Waukegan, Illinois.

Ware Malcomb provided planning and architectural design services for this project, which included two warehouse buildings. Building one is 122,560 square feet with 30 foot clear ceiling height, and 12 new truck dock doors. Building two is 66,720 square feet with a 28 foot clear ceiling height, and 6 new truck dock doors. Both buildings are single story and include a two-story glass framed entryway at each end.

The Panattoni Construction Company, located in Rosemont, Illinois, was the General Contractor for this project.
