Magnetic Welcomes New Director of Sales, Leonard Doland(Tampa, FL – November 27, 2006) – Magnetic announces that Leonard Doland has joined the Web Development company as Director of Sales. Doland has more than 20 years of sales experience in software, consultancy services, and outsourced managed services with Fortune 500 companies in the technology industry.

Doland’s background includes the development of sales channels and the management of sales teams along with hands-on experience in both direct sales and selling to c-level executives of major corporations. In addition, he has extensive knowledge in the development and market positioning of new product releases.
Doland previously held the position of Director of Sales at Bayshore Solutions and Applications Consulting Specialists, Inc. where he was responsible for all sales initiatives and had a direct impact on revenue streams. Prior to this experience, he also held business development and project management positions at Allidex, CommerceQuest, Tech Data Corporation, and MicroAge Computer Centers.
Doland received a degree in history from Keene State College in New Hampshire, a degree in computer science from Chubb Institute for Computer Science in Short Hills, New Jersey, and completed the Target Account Selling program in Atlanta, Georgia.
