PALM BEACH, FL – Palm Beach-based Doggie Mansions, the same real estate company that brought you the ultra-luxe Doggie Mansion announces the debut of a new line of stylish “Mini-Mansions”, perfect for puppies and small dogs.

This new mini-luxe line is also designed for pooch owners who might not have enough space for the 50-foot outdoor pad required for a full-sized Doggie Mansion. The new “Mini-Mansions” can be placed easily indoors or outdoors, and feature the same hand-crafted options as the larger homes. As with the larger Doggie Mansions, the smaller models can be designed to compliment the owner’s décor, color scheme, and taste.

The custom luxury Doggie Mini-Mansions come in two sizes, small and extra-small. The small homes are three feet by four feet with three-foot ceilings, while the extra-small models (perfect for teacup dogs and tiny breeds) are two feet by three feet with two-foot ceilings. Suggested retail price starts at $2,495. Each home is hand-painted in a complimentary color chosen by the owner with guidance from Doggie Designer Kari Roundy, owner of Atmospheres in Boca Raton, Florida and comes finished with ceramic tile floors and operable windows. Mini-luxe options include air-conditioning, television/DVD player, a Bose SoundDock with loaded iPod, and a doggie water fountain. Mini mansions are offered in three styles: Beach House, Country Estate or Urban Townhouse. Additional models will be rolled out in 2007; custom homes can also be special ordered.

The brainchild of veteran real estate broker Donald Gorbach, Doggie Mansions custom designs and builds each luxury dog home to order based on the owners' preferences. Says Gorbach: “The whole idea is to integrate your taste and style into the home we create especially for your pooch, large or small. We realize that not everyone, especially those in major metropolitan areas, are going to have a large yard for a Doggie Mansion. The Mini-Mansion line is also for those owners who really want to keep their dog indoors.”
Keeping with the philosophy that every dog deserves a beautiful home, Doggie Mansions donates a percentage of each home sale to the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, the West Palm Beach animal shelter responsible for the addition of Riley—a beautiful Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel Mix—to Gorbach’s own home.

Doggie Mini-Mansions take two to four weeks to build, depending on the style and size. Worldwide shipping can be arranged.
