Coastal Empire Exteriors makes Replacement Contractors magazine's Top 100

(SAVANNAH/CHARLESTON) - Coastal Empire Exteriors has been named one of the Top 100 Contractors in the U.S. by Replacement Contractors magazine for the third year in a row.

Replacement Contractor magazine recognizes the best and brightest in the building industry each year by publishing a ranking of leading U.S. companies engaged in the replacement of roofing, siding, windows, decks and ancillary lines. CEE is Savannah and the Low Country's leading home improvement company, specializing in sunrooms, siding, replacement windows, gutters and swimming pools.

In addition to this honor, CEE recently made the Inc. 500 list for fastest growing privately held companies in the USA in the September issue of Inc. Magazine. Other 2006 acknowledgements within the building industry include being listed at #168 in Qualified Remodelers magazine. Earlier this year CEE was named Southern Regional Operator of the Year by Four Seasons Sunrooms. In 2003, CEE was honored with the SBAC small business of the year award.

In their first year CEE installed 33 sunrooms with sales over $700,000. Since opening their new showroom in October of 2002 their business has increased by 400%, having built over 1000 sunrooms and installing more than 8000 replacement windows. Sales in 2005 exceeded $8 million dollars.
