ACCESS LOOKS TO THE FUTURE

Michael Yag, Chairman and CEO of AccessTCA, Whitinsville MA, announced the promotion of Rich Silton to President and COO of the company. Silton has been actively working with Access since May 2005, and most recently held the title of Executive Vice President.

As part of a long term succession strategy, Linda Davis, currently company COO, is gradually stepping away from her day to day responsibilities and will be assuming a more consultative role, continuing as a board member. Davis recently celebrated her 20th anniversary at Access.

In addition, Yag announced that Rich Silton and Jon Ellms, Director of the Healthcare Practice, have both acquired an equity stake in Access. Silton’s strengths in the areas of marketing, operations, technology and revenue building have already poised Access for enhanced productivity and efficiencies and, created a strong infrastructure to support future growth. Silton holds an MBA from Harvard. Ellms, who recently marked his 10th anniversary at Access, has worked in the exhibit industry for more than 15 years, successfully leading team projects and playing a key role in the steady, organic expansion of Access over the past decade. He earned a BA at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
