(Savannah, GA) Buy Local Savannah is seeking nominations for its annual Business of the Year and Advocate of the Year awards. Nomination forms will be emailed in January and should be submitted no later than January 19th. www.buylocalsavannah.com

Annually, Buy Local Savannah recognizes one business and one individual for their active support and involvement of the Buy Local organization.

Nominees for Business of the Year should have a minimum one-year history of substantial growth in local sales and successful solicitation of additional Buy Local members. Nominees for Advocate of the year should be actively involved in the promotion of local purchasing as well as involved in the establishment or development of locally-owned business(es).

Last year's Buy Local awards went to WRHQ Q105.3 for Business of the Year and Marjorie Young of Carriage Trade PR for Advocate of the Year.

Buy Local Savannah members will receive nomination forms via email this January. Nominations may be emailed to Madeleine@buylocalsavannah.com or faxed to 603-907-6184 by January 19th.
