WARE MALCOMB PRINCIPAL AND REGIONAL DIRECTOR RELOCATE TO LEAD CURRENT AND NEW MARKETS

Los Angeles, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that Rick Gunter, current Principal of our Denver office will be relocating to lead our Los Angeles office. Ware Malcomb is also proud to announce that current Regional Director of our Los Angeles office, Brock Grayson will be relocating to Phoenix, Arizona to lead Ware Malcomb’s expansion into the Southwest markets.

Rick has been with Ware Malcomb since 1997 and has over 16 years of architectural experience. He is a licensed architect in the states of Colorado and California and received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Joining the firm as Project Architect in our Los Angeles office, Rick relocated to help open our Denver office in 2001 and was promoted to Principal in 2005. Rick has been instrumental in growing and establishing the Denver office and providing excellent service and design to our clients.

Joining Ware Malcomb in 1997, Brock worked as Project Architect for both the Irvine and Northern California offices, as Regional Director for the Irvine commercial architecture department and most recently as Regional Director for the Los Angeles office. Brock received is Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona and is a licensed architect in the State of California .In his new role, Brock will be responsible for leading, growing and managing our Phoenix office.
