The tenant represented themselves. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for the Ladera Center and represented the landlord, MacFarlane Partners in San Francisco, in the lease renewal.
North Hollywood
AIM Mail Center signed a 5-year lease for 1,200 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $194,832 at the Magnolia Shopping Center, located at Magnolia and Vineland in North Hollywood.
