Triangle Bridal Association Recruits Talent

RALEIGH NC- The Triangle Bridal Association (TBA), one of North Carolina’s leading associations specialized in serving the businesses of the wedding industry and providing free expert advice to brides throughout the country who are planning a wedding in the region, announces the hiring of Marlena Fournier, an experienced business advisor focused on small business growth and professional development, to lead the Growth Initiative and Membership Development.

In this capacity, Ms. Fournier will lead the TBA’s Business Advisory Program. A program designed to engage and improve each members operations, marketing and financial performance of their business.

“With today’s business climate and specifically the wedding industry, competition along with consistent growth, is two of the most challenging areas for small businesses. Through this new program, all members will have access to a trusted advisor who will help them to grow their business and develop them as leaders in their industry,” explains Fournier.

She goes on to say, “For over 20 years, coaching has been a mainstay element of executive and CEO inner circles in order to significantly increase the growth of their career and business. The TBA will now be able to provide an environment in which their members can explore their own outlook on their business, identify and build upon their own strengths and creative talents, listen to what "makes themselves tick", and learn from themselves and then apply that learning.”
