Pampered by Paramount 30 Underprivileged children taken on a Dream Flight Special Children’s Day

Paramount airways today, took 30 underprivileged children on board on Dream Flight. The Children were selected by Rotary and Paramount gave them a different experience in their life. Paramount on the arrival of the children took them on a small tour to initiate them into the nuances of life at the airport

They were then taken thorough the routine of check in the security and boarding the flight. The flight took off at 4.45, then circled for 45 minutes in and around Chennai and landed at 5.30.

The chief guest Honorable Minister for Social Welfare, Mrs.Poonthogai, interacted with the children on board and also was with them till they departed. This Dream Flight was flown in the event of Paramount completing one year of their Service in aviation and also in lieu of Children s Day celebration on 14th November.

Mr.M.Thiagarajan,M.D, Paramount Airways was also very happy to be amongst the children and personally enquired if they had a good flight. “The Special 45 minute flight was arranged keeping the excitement it would create for these children. It was as different an experience for us as it was for these children. We at Paramount were happy to have them on board and see them enjoy the flight”

The Children were served snacks and beverage on the board. On arrival they were given a goody bag with chocolates and sweets. The Children were very happy to be on an aircraft for the first time. It was indeed a true dream come true for them. The anticipation and expectation when they entered the flight was turned into a beautiful and lovely experience for these children when they landed.

Indu from corporation Higher Secondary School, Nungambakkam said “I have been dreaming of this day ever since I was told that I will be taken on a flight. It was a beautiful experience and just like in the dreams. Satish Kumar from Chindradipet Higher Secondary school shared the same views and said “I have been waiting for this day in anticipation; initially i was very scared till the plane took off, after that, when we reached very high and were among the clouds, i felt i was in dream land.
