Leasing is well underway for Eleven80, the first luxury rental development in downtown Newark in more than four decades.

More than 100 people have already moved into the new building, which offers 317 apartment homes in the completely-renovated landmark residential tower rising 35 stories into the Newark skyline, according to Cogswell Residential, LLC, an affiliate of Cogswell Realty Group, LLC, which is developing the building.

Eleven80 represents a complete renovation of a high-rise building that had stood empty for 20 years. The building’s original marble walls, terrazzo flooring and brass elevator doors have been restored to their former splendor. Panoramic views in all directions are available from the upper floors.
