Ryan-Biggs Associates Increases Staff in Troy Office

Troy, NY – November 10, 2006 - Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., a consulting firm specializing in structural engineering, announced today the hiring of Morgan Holbrook as a Design Engineer, effective immediately. Holbrook will join the Troy office of Ryan-Biggs Associates.

As a Design Engineer, Mr. Holbrook will focus on the engineering design of many diverse projects throughout the Capital Region, including medical and educational facilities. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.
