South Carolina Bar joins Q™

The South Carolina Bar (SCB) was started in 1884 as a voluntary association, comprised of approximately 200 lawyers. Today, after merging with The South Carolina State Bar in 1975, the Bar has a membership of more than 11,500. All seven divisions of the Bar are located in Columbia, South Carolina.
