WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF ELGIN FLEX WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS PROJECT

(November 2006) Elgin, Illinois – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Chicago office is proud to announce it has been awarded the design for the Elgin Flex Warehouse Buildings project located at 927 McLean Boulevard in Elgin, Illinois.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this project, which includes two identical shell flex warehouse buildings, each 22,000 square feet. The buildings will be constructed of load bearing masonry walls with a steel roof structure with a 16 foot clear ceiling height. Each building is devisable into approximately 1,000 square foot units. Construction is expected to begin November 2006.
