Collax Signs Ingram Micro for U.S. Distribution

BEDFORD, Mass., November 5, 2006 – Collax, Inc., developers of the first enterprise class servers for small and growing businesses, today announced an agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) as its first U.S. distributor.

The world’s largest IT distributor, Ingram Micro will handle Collax product aggregation and distribution while working together with Collax to generate leads and create new opportunities for channel solution providers. Ingram Micro was recently recognized as the Most Important Distributor by the VARBusiness 500 for the third consecutive year.
