Holler was one of the original founders of ID Biomedical Corporation and held a number of executive positions with the company, including CEO. He resigned from the vaccine manufacturing company in December 2005 upon the completion of its acquisition by GlaxoSmithKline for $1.4 billion.
Todd Patrick, former president and chief operating officer of ID Biomedical also has been appointed to Inviro Medical’s board. He brings considerable commercial and financial experience within the biomedical industry, as well as a strong background in intellectual property matters, all highly relevant to Inviro’s future development plans, particularly in regard to its infection control products.
