Gran Pacifica Teams Up With Century 21 Best Value Realty to Enhance Resort Community’s Investment Potential

San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua (Tuesday, October 31, 2006), Century 21 Best Value Realty announced today it will sign an agreement with the developers of Nicaragua’s premier resort community, Gran Pacifica, that gives Century 21 the green light to open an office in the Town Center of the development. The move is expected to increase awareness of Gran Pacifica among the real estate investment community, as well as the growing number of retirees choosing to retire in Nicaragua.
