Havana, Florida –The naturally soft spring water inside a 1600 colonial style springhouse may stop cancer and other diseases that harm our bodies. In 1513, the Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon grew dissatisfied with his material wealth. He launched an expedition to fulfill his dream of finding the Fountain of Youth and its rejuvenating waters. After landing in St. Augustine, Florida, if he had only traveled 220 miles north to Havana, Florida, he would have realized his dream of a spring that reputedly restores the youth of anyone who drinks of its waters.
The stories of the search for the Fountain of Youth are some of the most constantly repeated myths associated with Florida. There is no legend more appropriate to the beginning of America in that this new land should offer men a vision of eternal youth. Although one of the first Europeans to set foot on American soil, he never finds the Fountain of Youth.
Instead, 474 years later in 1987, another explorer, Richard Earl Chandler, with the vision of the Fountain of Youth, begins his search. By some extraordinary coincidence he has been born and raised near where he would eventually discover the real thing. He names the spring Longevity Spring. The geographic formation of the land allows the spring to emerge. Having the water tested, the results show the water to be different from other water in Florida: It is extremely soft and pure.
Because the spring is unique, he constructs the only springhouse in Florida to protect it. The springhouse is sheltered and partly hidden among large oaks, magnolias, and other large trees to help secure the secret. It is built into a hillside, appearing to be a two-story house.
After drinking six to eight glasses per day for over 19 years without suffering any ailments, he begins to realize that this rare water may be the reason. Before this water, he remembers suffering the normal colds and flu symptoms. For years man has changed the food he eats to combat cancer and other diseases that harm his body.
Now for the first time in history man can change the water he drinks from hard to naturally soft spring water. Through his research he finds the Food and Drug Administration only allows hard water with a PH of 6.5 to 8.5 to be distributed to the public for drinking. So should our bodies be taking in naturally soft spring water instead of hard water?
Who should own this scare resource of soft water? It cannot be available to all. In the Book of Luke, Jesus feeds 5,000 men with five loaves of bread and two fish. Should this water go to the highest bidder or perhaps should lots be drawn to select the ones who get to drink it.
We are mostly water! This rare naturally soft spring water may hold the key to longevity, and offer a way to stop cancer, high blood pressure, heart attacks, and other diseases.
