PIC Solutions Delivers Specialised Collections Training to Nedbank

Cape Town, 26 October 2006 – PIC Solutions has been selected by Nedbank Limited, one of South Africa's ‘Big Four’ banks, to deliver specialist collections training to the personnel in their home loans division.

The Credit Academy is a dedicated credit and risk training programme consisting of over 14 different seminars. These seminars can either be delivered at the PIC Solutions training centre or onsite at the client’s premises. This flexible onsite training solution has now been delivered in over 10 different countries to over 1,000 attendees from over 100 organisations.

During this interactive training programme, experienced presenters from PIC Solutions will focus on key topics to ensure that the Bank’s personnel gain insight into collections best practices. In addition, this training programme will ensure that attendees are fully equipped to implement the best practices tips and strategies covered in the seminars.
