Austin Office
Schuyler B. Marshall V joined the Firm’s Trial practice group in Austin. He received a B.A. in Philosophy, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University in 2000 and a J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2006.

Dallas Office
Jesse E. Betts joined the Firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group in Dallas. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University in 2000 and a J.D. from University of Kansas School of Law in 2006.

Moses Cage III joined the Firm’s Trial practice group in Dallas. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Bethune-Cookman College in 2003 and a J.D. from Southern University Law Center in 2006.

Nathan W. Daley joined the Firm’s Trial practice group in Dallas. He received a B.A. in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006.

Yan Gao joined the Firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group in Dallas. She received a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1998, an LL.B. (J.D. Equivalent) from Tsinghua University Law School in 1999, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005. She also received her Masters in Economics from Lehigh University in 2005.

L. Paige Woodard joined the Firm’s Corporate Reorganization and Creditors Rights’ practice group in Houston. She received a B.A. in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University in 2000 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2005. Prior to joining Thompson & Knight she completed a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Carl E. Stewart in the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit from 2005-2006.
