"Awakening Israel" Shortlisted in Film Festival

One of the most prestigious Christian Film Festivals, the biannual Sabaoth International Film Festival, held in Milan, Italy, is to screen HFC International’s “Awakening Israel” as a shortlisted nominee for the “Best Feature Film – Documentary” in November. The one hour documentary tells the story of the physical and spiritual struggles and achievements of the nation of Israel and surrounding territories and the people that inhabit it. Featuring interviews with leaders and members of Messianic congregations, as well as Jewish and Moslems citizens, in this tiny but strategic nation, the film highlights the actual state of Israel and the Palestinian authority – including its hopes and dreams. It is a study of the religions that make up the land and attempt to co-exist with each other.
