Quality Exhibitors Set Sights for Mid-Atlantic Farm Show

Quality exhibitors from across the country will display agricultural products and services at the 31st Mid-Atlantic Farm Show in Concord, NC when doors open November 2-4. Be sure to check out the oldest farm show in North Carolina as it opens for the first time at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center with new technologies, tools, equipment and demonstrations.

Livestock owners to crop farmers and their families will find a variety of demonstrations, techniques and tastings presented at the 31st Mid-Atlantic Farm Show from 9-5 on Thursday and Saturday and from 9-7 on Friday. Whether your interest is portable sawmills, old or new tractors, hay tools or table wines, there is a little bit of something for everyone.

Exhibitors including well-known national and regional names will be take part in the farm show such as Great Plans MFG, Goforth Inc, May Supply, Kuhn Knight, LB’s Trailers Sales, Outback Heating, Silveus Insurance Group, Carolina Farm Credit, USDA-FSA, Growers Nutritional Solutions, J.C. Ramsdell Enviro Services Inc, and Wood-Mizer Products, just to name a few. From apparel, tractors, grain drills, farm and livestock supplies and services to sprayers and sawmills, show attendees will find items for their farm, home, garden and landscaping needs.

Services and products ranging from home remodeling, building construction, storage and farm buildings, commercial golf carts and utility vehicles will also be on display. Waterscapes Pro, Inc will create two, large water features using both traditional pond and pondless options that are a must-see for attendees.

On the lighter side of the Mid-Atlantic Farm Show, find primitives, old tools and collectibles from The Old Savannah Antique Mall, goat milk-based products from Belles Place Farm and if you are 21 and older, stop by Cerminaro Vineyard to sample the variety of table wines. The Village Fudge and Candy Shoppe will feature fudge, fudge and more fudge for every sweet tooth. If you are just plain hungry, check out the Expo Concessions. You’ll find unique offerings from goat and ostrich to tried and true smoked sausage hoagies, turkey legs and roasted corn.

Be sure to visit the animal exhibits, FFA booths and the Antique Farm Equipment Show. Attendees can vote until 4:00 on Saturday for their favorite tractor, farm truck, farm machine or gadget (tools, etc.). Entries are being accepted until Wednesday, November 1st at 3:00 p.m. for $5 each (or $5 for three tools). If you’re feeling competitive, enter the MoonPie® eating contest for a chance to win tickets to Friday night’s concert featuring Sawyer Brown, Jeff Bates and Confederate Railroad with Even Keel. Ticket information can be obtained through all Ticketmaster locations or the Cabarrus Arena box office for the 7:00 show on November 3rd.

There is a little something for everyone who likes growing, building, digging or nurturing the home, farm or garden.
