Previous to establishing Cassis Restaurant, Chris specialized in opening of leading hotels in Asia such as, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta, a Rosewood Hotel, The Four Season - Jakarta, Shangri-La Far Eastern Plaza - Taiwan and Le Meridien - Jakarta. Chris has also accumulated an impressive resume working in many star rated establishments in USA and Europe including, L’orangerie - Los Angeles, Paloma - San Francisco, Piping Rock - New York, L’ecailier du Palais Royal - Brussels to name just a few.
