Los Alamitos, CA – Gordon Biersch announced today an agreement with Altametrics to deploy their System Manager, Financial Management Series, Inventory Management Series, Workforce Management Series, and Integration Series.

These solutions will provide Gordon Biersch with real time visibility to their current costs, more accurate forecasts of their future costs, and the ability to improve sales. Gordon Biersch will gain real time visibility to their current costs via improved cash, sales, and inventory management and reporting, as well as through Altametrics web-enabled HR solutions, which include Timekeeping and Labor Scheduling functions. More accurate forecasts will be generated for Gordon Biersch by the e*Restaurant forecasting engine. This is the most advanced, most accurate forecasting engine available in the industry. The e*Restaurant forecasting engine reports, with unmatched accuracy, what future store sales will be, and what amounts of inventory need to be ordered to ideally meet the forecasted demand. In addition, the e*Restaurant line of solutions will enable Gordon Biersch to automate procurement from their distributors.
