Bring your friends, family and neighbors as more than 300 walkers of all ages gather to “Stroll the Mall for Meals On Wheels”. All pledge money raised supports South Shore Elder Services’ Nutrition Program.
Children will have the opportunity to make Thanksgiving Cards for elders, color on magnets; receive balloon animals from a clown and meet the distinguished Sir Lunch a Lot, South Shore Elder’s dinosaur mascot. The first 200 children at the event will receive a free dinosaur t-shirt.
The first 100 walkers who raise at least $50 will receive a free long-sleeve t-shirt. Gift cards to the South Shore Plaza will be given to the top three adults and top three children who raise the most money. The youth team that raises the most money will win a pizza party.
