CSM Gives Mitel Phone Dealers Ability To Offer 24x7 Monitoring Using Mitel MAP 7100's

Crytycal Services Management(CSM) has developed a monitoring program which incorporates the alarm delivery capabilities of the Mitel MAP 7100.The Mitel MAP 7100 has been used for years by dealers as a remote access device. Crytycal Services Management(CSM) is now able to allow these dealers to use their existing MAP 7100's to offer 24x7x365 network monitoring.

By allowing the dealers to use their existing remote access equipment CSM can offer a customized 24x7 monitoring application to the dealers for as little as $35 per month.
The first step to upgrading the existing 'call me when it breaks' service agreement is having accurate and timely information. The Mitel Dealer, or service provider, will receive important information which in many cases will allow the service provider the ability to fix or resolve an issue on their customer's network before the customer was even aware of the problem.
CSM's National Monitoring Center works seamlessly in the background for its dealer partners. Due to their advanced monitoring technology CSM can filter and/or correlate alarms for the dealer so that the dealer will be notified only of those service-affecting alarms. The dealer will no longer be bothered and interrupted by the minor nuisance alarms which are non-service affecting.
This monitoring application will work on either a Legacy Voice or VoIP network. The monitoring capabilities are not limited to merely telephony. This system can additionally monitor data networks, call record collection, toll fraud detection, hardware equipment status and others.
