Aston Lloyd & Partners takes winning formula to Bodrum, Turkey

After the success of Aston Lloyd and Partners Caretta Villas site near Belek, Turkey, the equally popular tourist destination of Bodrum is to be the location for Aston Lloyd and Partners new site, Cipura Villas.

The Turkish port town of Bodrum is in the south-western province of Mugla, along the Aegean Sea.

Bodrum offers a rich history dating back to the 13th Century BC and the chance to experience the unique Turkish culture and vibrant night-life.

With its Mediterranean climate, Bodrum has been a popular tourist destination for northern Europeans with a variety of holiday tastes.

Every year hundreds of thousands of tourists visit Bodrum, making it one of the most visited holiday areas in Turkey.

To protect the fragile history of Bodrum, development has been carefully controlled over the last couple of decades creating a demand for holiday accommodation.

Cipura Villas will consist of 58 two bedroom, two bathroom villas with open plan kitchen-lounge and communal entertainment and pool areas available to all villas.

Aston Lloyd and Partners expect to launch the site in early November and construction to begin in April 2008.
