The school offers a variety of classes that will help athletes in the areas of speed, strength, flexibility, conditioning and explosive power.
“Our small group environment promotes camaraderie and spirited competition, but more importantly focuses on the athletes’ overall physical development and performance improvement,” said Murray Hicks, athletic performance director at Desert Speed School. “Being in an atmosphere where elite athletes train, our young athletes develop responsibility, cooperation and respect for themselves and others.”
