The Virtuous Women Host All New Literary Corner Podcast

Dr. Taffy Wagner and Ms. Bettye Jamerson, better known as the ‘virtuous women’, have done it again with the advent of their new Literary Corner podcast that spotlights new, non-fiction, men and women authors each week. Dr. Wagner and Ms. Jamerson were inspired to create and produce this podcast after facing marketing challenges of their own when promoting their non-fiction books. Bettye often comments on the struggles she experienced early on when learning the process of how to market and promote her own book. They decided to come up with a strategy for new authors to help them with promoting their book and themselves, whereby making their promotion process easier. “Knowing what to do and how to do it really takes the pressure off and gives new authors that necessary immediate exposure” said Bettye.

“As non-fiction writers ourselves, we have first-hand experience in marketing books effectively and compiling media kits. This weekly program will give budding non-fiction authors the opportunity to be interviewed and share their book information with the Literary Corner podcast audience” comments Dr. Wagner. In addition to the exposure from the broadcast itself, each show guest will receive additional items for individual promotional effort.

The Virtuous Women’s Literary Corner will air on the Drama Free Radio Network every Monday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm EST, beginning October 9th, 2006 and can also be heard online nationally and abroad on their website. The first show will be a candid interview with the show hosts. Bettye Jamerson and Dr. Taffy Wagner have written thought provoking, fact filled and invaluable books that impact every day life.
