This unique new software allows Lifeloc Technologies’ portable alcohol breath testers, commonly referred to as breathalyzers, to communicate with a computer, and in an industry first, offer remote diagnostic capability via e-mail.

A leading manufacturer of alcohol testing equipment, Lifeloc Technologies’ DataTrakTM (http://www.lifeloc.com/products/software.html) offers a convenient method to download test results from Lifeloc breath alcohol testers with memory (FC20, EV30, Phoenix, Phoenix 6.0) to a PC. There are many options available for download such as last test, all tests and a selected range or group of tests. Calibration and Calibration Check data can also be downloaded.

The DataTrakTM computer interface allows data that is downloaded from the alcohol testing equipment to be saved in either a Microsoft® Excel (XLS) file or in a Text (TXT) file format. Once the tests are downloaded they can be sorted, printed and archived.

In addition to the download feature, Lifeloc Technologies’ DataTrakTM includes Remote Diagnostic capability. This allows users of the portable alcohol breath testers to e-mail unit parameters to the Lifeloc Technologies Technical Support Group for quick diagnostics without the need to ship the unit, a time and money savings
The DataTrakTM package includes everything required for downloading, including software on CD, complete instructions and a serial cable.
