Chicago, IL October 3, 2006 — Novel Action™ announced today the launch of Novelaction.com — a new online book exchange store with a centralized inventory of used novels. Members select any books they desire from the store’s website and send in an equal number of their books in exchange. The company offers flat rate shipping and there are no transaction fees.
