The physicians at Primary Plus Family Medicine, LLC offer not only comprehensive primary care services and an in-house pharmacy, but they also specialize in facial rejuvenation and medical skin care treatments, all delivered in a professional and tranquil environment.

Some of the medical aesthetic procedures offered at Primary Plus Family Medicine include Botox, collagen injections, microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Drs. Craig and Laura Koniver are both highly trained physicians with backgrounds in family medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Craig Koniver is a highly trained physician with a background in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. Additionally, Dr. Craig Koniver, medical director of Primary Plus Family Medicine, is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has served as medical director of both an Urgent Care center and Physical Therapy center before opening Primary Plus. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and finished his Family Medicine residency here in Charleston at the MUSC/Trident program.

Dr. Laura Koniver also graduated from Jefferson Medical College with distinction in pediatrics, dermatology and clinical skills. She finished her medical internship with top honors in dermatology, pathology, preventive medicine and intensive care at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. At Primary Plus, her medical focus is on women’s health, dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
