Harrison to Lead Investigations and Risk Management Services

Greenville, SC - - March 4, 2005 - - American Investigative Services (AIS) today announced the appointment of A.J. (Al) Harrison to the position of executive vice president of the company where he will lead all investigations and risk management services. Al brings an extensive background in law enforcement to this key role after spending more than 10 years with divisions for crime reduction, vice and narcotics, and uniform patrol for the City of Greenville Police Department. During that time, Al served as team leader of the Crime Reduction Unit and as a detective was involved with cases pertaining to missing persons, property crimes, and financial fraud.

Al has worked numerous cases at the local, state and federal levels. His career has been enhanced through training by the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, The Institute of Police Technology and Management, and the California Department of Justice. Specific training courses have covered the subject areas of undercover surveillance techniques, working as an undercover operative, narcotic identification and investigation, and technical surveillance. Al is a 1994 distinguished graduate of the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
