Emurse.com, a "web 2.0" job hunting tool, has announced added features for hosting resumes online.

Job seekers can now host multiple online resumes at their own personalized web address using the resume builder. In addition to advanced privacy controls, each resume can be password protected separately to protect against unwanted visitors. When a potential employer views the resume, the job seeker is notified directly via e-mail.

The new features allow both active and passive job seekers to view important demographic details about who and how employers are viewing their online. The reporting options also inform users of the search terms used to discover their resumes.
