Announces New Sales Associates
Audra Wade, Joyce Miles And Michele Dorsey Join Local Real Estate Team

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. – Josh Swindell, sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston East Wake office, has announced that Audra Wade, Joyce Miles and Michele Dorsey have joined the firm’s Knightdale real estate division. Wade has served as a home consultant at the Southern Living Show and is involved in the Lillington Chamber of Commerce and Relay for Life for Harnett County. Miles served in the North Carolina General Assembly from 2005-2006 and the N.C. Department of Transportation from 1974-2004 as grants manager for the Governor’s Highway Safety program. Dorsey was most recently a teacher for the Wake County Public School System and is involved in the PTA and youth athletics.
