New DayPoint Enterprise Version 3.0 Improves Team Collaboration; Project Management Module Highlights New Release

Greenville, SC - - March 3, 2005 - - TeamPoint Systems, Inc., a leading provider of team collaboration application solutions, announces the availability of an improved version of their DayPoint Enterprise Team Collaboration and Intranet Application. In response to customer-driven demand, the new release version 3.0 features numerous improvements to existing functionality anchored by a new project management module that is integrated directly into the core product. The featured project management module enables clients to assign, schedule and manage tasks on projects that are either internal or for a client. Version 3.0 also includes a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability that tracks client companies and call journals. This particular feature provides tracking for both pre- and post-sales activity. Improvements to the existing DayPoint Enterprise functionality include:
• Calendar Sharing – Users now have the ability to assign a delegate to manage their calendar for them
• Email Functionality – Features an auto name check and spam handling capability
Rounding out the features of version 3.0 are:
• Audit Trail to track user logins and activity
• Integration with Microsoft Index Server to make uploaded files and email attachments searchable within the DayPoint interface
• New Page Template to allow administrators to add their own custom content directly in the DayPoint page
