Coldwell Banker Howard Perry And Walston Agent Receives Certification
Jerry L. Stephenson, Jr., Earns Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation

RALEIGH, N.C. – Don Walston, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, a Raleigh-based real estate firm, has announced that Jerry L. Stephenson Jr., from the organization’s Crabtree office, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. Earning this certification involves a specialized course work and exam, as well as experience in the field. This designation is regarded as a benchmark for excellence in real estate sales.

Stephenson has a master’s degree in psychology and has worked with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston for three years. He is involved with Habitat for Humanity, works with a youth hockey team, and is on the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Board of Directors. He and his wife Elizabeth live in Clayton and are expecting their first child.
