Solutions for Teacher Classroom Management Problems Offered

The Problem Student Problem-Solver teacher professional development workshop fall tour has been scheduled.Veteran author/trainer Ruth Herman Wells, M.S. will show teachers, special educators, counselors, justice workers and principals hundreds of innovative, powerful methods to help troubled, difficult and problem youth succeed in school.
Wells has just completed her newest book series, Behavior Change Handouts, which complement her popular The Quickest Kid Fixer-Uppers and Breakthrough Strategies to Teach and Counsel Youth series.
Workshop participants learn dynamic, state-of-the-art methods to more effectively teach, counsel and manage at-risk, disruptive, troubled, delinquent, hyperactive and aggressive youth. Participants learn pro-active, ready-to-use techniques to train youth to be successful students with vital social and coping skills. The methods included in this training conference offer schools and agencies updated, more effective techniques to actually train kids to be students, and show troubled and problem youngsters how to manage social and emotional problems.
A special emphasis will be given to ideas to motivate unmotivated students and control unmanageable youngsters. Specific solutions will also be offered for violence, bullying, classroom management problems, conduct disorders, school failure, work refusers, truancy, tardiness, disrespect, peer interaction problems, ADHD, Aspergers, and depression. The course will also focus on learning disabled, defiant, special ed, angry, and apathetic students in grades K-12.
