The Castleton Group Announces New Director Of Business Development
Pamela Cardozo Promoted Director Of Business Development

RALEIGH, N.C. – Jay McLamb, chief operating officer for The Castleton Group, a human resource outsourcing firm, has announced that Pamela Cardozo, former business development manager, will assume the duties of director of business development. In this position, Cardozo will develop programs and partnership relationships with resellers, clients, and vendors for Castleton products and services. Cardozo will consult with PEO brokers, financial institutions, and other third party members, as well as develop short and long term strategic plans, budgeting, forecasting for resellers, and channel management.
