Free “Putting your lawn to bed for the winter ” Workshop – Saturday, October 21. Sponsored by Taylor Lumber/ACE Hardware, Marshfield.

The experts at Taylor Lumber/ACE Hardware are helping homeowners and all “do-it-yourselfers” with a series of Mr. Fix-it Home Improvement workshops. The next workshop at the Route 139, Marshfield store is scheduled for Saturday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. This workshop will discuss the latest techniques and tools to “Put your lawn to bed for the winter.”

De-tatching, aerating, seeding and leave blowing techniques and tools will be reviewed and demonstrated.

"We cannot stop the ice and snow from falling," said Rick Taylor, the CEO of Taylor Lumber/Ace Hardware, "But we can help customers prepare their lawn for the long winter."
