Mary Cynthia Record, Aging Program Director of Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency, selected Honored Member of the Biltmore Who’s Who Executive and Professional Registry



August, 2006 ~ Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency and Associates announced that their Aging Program Director, Cynthia Mary Record was recently selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals. As other members, Cynthia has access to the Registries’ members only website which contains pertinent biographical information of key individuals who comprise its membership throughout North America.


Jamestown, Kentucky ~ Cynthia Mary Record is responsible for the 10 County Lake Cumberland Areas. She is co-chairman of the Russell County Elder Abuse Council; Teacher for the National Restaurant Association; Advisor for the Kentucky AARP Committee and the Kentucky Nutrition Work Groups.


While Cynthia Record’s expertise lies in the directing of the Aging Program at Lake Cumberland, she has developed teaching and nutritional techniques to support the Elderly population.


The mission of the Biltmore Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals is to recognize successful individuals nationally in multiple industries and professions providing a forum for networking, consulting, exposure and credibility to broaden one’s future.
