Out of nearly 1,000 customers, 300 were invited to fill up an online survey which was designed to address service quality, package value and personal touch.
About 96% of customers acknowledged that Virtual Office Singapore fare better in service quality and personal touch than other providers. However, about 7% customers feel that the price is not competitive enough.
At the same time, Virtual Office Singapore also realized that customers are more savvy in their choice and is willing to pay more if the provider is recognized in the market and gradually understand that reliable virtual office services are essential to business operation.
