E-consultancy shortlisted for two AOP awards

Online publisher E-consultancy has been shortlisted in two categories for this year's AOP Awards, which are aimed at rewarding excellence in digital publishing.E-consultancy is up for two awards, both in the business categories of Online Publisher 2006 and Editorial Team 2006. It faces stiff competition from past winners Reed Business in the Online Publisher category, and the likes of Silicon and Brand Republic in the Editorial category.
E-consultancy publishes practical reports aimed at helping business people and marketers to execute best practice internet strategies.
The in-house subject expertise is broad, covering obvious topics such as search engine marketing and email marketing, as well as more niche subjects such as on-site search, which is of vital importance to e-commerce companies.
As well as publishing reports E-consultancy also maintains a blog (www.e-consultancy.com/news-blog), launched in summer 2006, which is aimed at delivering news, comment and insight related to internet business.
Additionally, a newsletter (http://www.e-consultancy.com/news-blog/newsletter/) featuring an interview with an industry insider is despatched to 22,000 users every week.

It was previously shortlisted for an AOP award in 2004.
