Albany, NYNew Horizons Albany - Tech Valley was named the New Horizons North American Medium Market Center of the Year 2006. This prestigious recognition sets the center apart from other training providers in North America.
The award is based on center training quality, customer satisfaction & training volume. New Horizons Albany - Tech Valley has seen significant improvements in all three areas this past year and is the only Microsoft Gold Partner in the Capital District of New York.
"It was a great honor to be recognized this way," said Wil Harris, General Manager of the Albany center. The center has undergone many changes & has seen a lot of progress since a change of franchise 2 1/2 years ago. New computers, furniture, carpeting and paint have renewed the center's appearance and clients' faith in New Horizons' ability to deliver top notch IT training in a professional facility. Customer satisfaction and service have also seen large improvements as the right people have been put in place to ensure customers are receiving the kind of treatment, service and results they deserve.
