International Scientology Disaster Relief Team Helping the Survivors of the Yogyakarta Earthquake Rebuild their Lives

Ever since the devastating earthquake in May 2006, the International Scientology Disaster Relief Team has been helping civic and religious groups, schools, hospitals, and individuals in Yogyakarta overcome their loss and get on with rebuilding their communities.

They provide training in the techniques of the Scientology Handbook, http://www.scientologyhandbook.org, and Dianetics: the Modern Science of Mental Health, http://www.dianetics.org.au, both invaluable in helping people overcome stress and trauma.

Their objective is to provide people with principles and techniques to help them regain a happy healthy state of mind, and overcome physical conditions brought on by stress. Scientology Volunteer Ministers are trained not only to bring relief to individuals, but to empower them with technology they can use to help themselves and one another.

The success of these techniques can be seen on the faces of the children, who feel happier, more relaxed and more confident than at any time since disaster hit 11 weeks ago.
