Inventor of Produce Market Sprayer Has A New One

Jim Aamodt, an owner of Firebreak Spray Systems, LLC and also the inventor of the spray systems commonly seen in grocery store produce sections all over the country, has come up with a new use for spray technology. Jim’s company designs fire retardant application systems for homes and property and has recently added a portable wildfire protection system. These systems utilize the same Phos-ChekTM fire retardant we are accustomed to seeing dropped from Department of Forestry air tankers with one important difference: no red dye. Unlike gels and foams, this retardant stays in place and remains effective until it is washed off. “It’s like getting a direct hit from a firefighting air tanker when and where you need it”, says Jim.
West Wind Marketing, Inc., a Carmel Valley based Internet marketing company, has become the Web distributor for Firebreak Spray Systems, LLC. Firebreak brand Phos-Chek is the only colorless fire retardant of this type available to consumers. Available on the Internet exclusively at: www.wildfirebreak.com.
