“Whether selling a home in Diamond Bar, a duplex in Pomona, or a condominium in Chino Hills,” Lawrence says, “a seller has every right to try to add as much to their bottom line as possible.”

“However,” Lawrence adds, “selling a home is not as easy as it may seem. Being prepared can make the difference between not selling and being part of the Fortunate 5%.”

Lawrence goes on to explain how being prepared is even more important now that the real estate market is slowing.
